Who we are

Gerónimo Guest House Belém is the result of converting part of a family home into a small, comfortable, intimate and welcoming accommodation unit, located in the center of Belém, less than a two-minute walk from the Jerónimos Monastery and the banks of the Tagus River.

Within a ten-minute walk you can find the main monuments from Portugal's golden age and maritime expansion, most notably the Belém Tower, the Monument to the Discoveries, and several museums. The surrounding area is rich in gardens and green spaces, ideal for walks and leisure.

Much of the original furniture and decorative elements were carefully restored and integrated, creating different atmospheres in the six suites, inspired by Portugal and its presence around the world.

In addition to the decorative details, all suites have the necessary equipment to ensure each guest feels comfortable, including air conditioning, television, minibar (drinks are not provided), fast Wi-Fi, safe, and hairdryer.

The common areas are shared with the homeowner, their family, and their pets.

The outdoor garden, measuring approximately 160 m2, features a Jacuzzi and various areas where you can relax, enjoy your coffee or tea, or soak up the sun.

We do not serve breakfasts or meals. Within a 5-minute walk, you will find a wide variety of pastry shops and other places to have breakfast, from the famous and centuries-old Pastéis de Belém to the more recent Padaria Portuguesa.

Nearby there is also a very rich and varied selection of restaurants, some more traditional and intimate, and others more general.

We want to maintain the comfort of our home, so we appreciate you being responsible, environmentally friendly, and taking care of the objects, decorative pieces, and equipment that are at your disposal on the property.

Within a 2-minute walk, you have access to various public transport options that will give you direct access to the center of Lisbon in about 15 minutes.
