Important information
Before making your reservation and preparing for your arrival at Geronimo Guest House Belém, please read the following important information carefully.
CHECK-IN
Check-in takes place between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
Up to 24 hours before your arrival, you must complete the Fast Check-in Online, which will be automatically sent 3 days prior, and indicate your expected time of arrival.
Completing this form is required by law. Without this information, we will not be able to arrange your check-in or provide you with the access codes to your suite.
CHECKOUT
Check-out is until 11:00 AM.
BREAKFAST
Please note that we do not offer a breakfast service.
However, there is a coffee, tea, and milk machine available in the common area for the convenience of our guests.
JACUZZI IN THE GARDEN
The outdoor jacuzzi is available for guest use between May and September.
During this period, there may be occasional days of technical maintenance on the equipment.
TOURIST TAX
A municipal tourist tax of €4 per person/night is applied and is payable upon arrival.
This amount must be paid in cash.
Applicable to bookings made through the following platforms: Expedia, Agoda, VRBO.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Unless a non-refundable rate is indicated, you can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.
After this period, the full cost of the stay will be charged.
HOUSEHOLD
Geronimo Guest House Belém
We are located a few minutes' walk from Praça do Império and Jerónimos Monastery.
The Uber ride from the airport takes approximately 25–30 minutes (without traffic) and costs approximately €25.
PARKING
We do not have private parking.
However, there is free public parking on the streets surrounding the Guest House.
INFORMATION BOOK
At reception and in each suite you will find an information booklet with details about:
How the house works;
use of the equipment;
local recommendations;
Useful information to make your stay more comfortable and safe.
GERONIMO APP
We also provide our guests with an app containing useful information and links to enhance their experience in Lisbon.
The app can be accessed via the QR code available in each suite.
PET FRIENDLY
We are an animal-friendly home.
You might find some cats wandering around the garden during your stay.
Our guests' pets are also welcome, subject to payment of the corresponding fee indicated at the time of booking.
The presence of animals must be communicated at the time of booking.
Issuing invoices
Since we do not have a permanent reception, all invoices requested by our guests are sent by email from our accounting department by the end of the month.
